Low cost plastic optical cable and TOS-link plug connectors, enabling leads to be made to a required length. The connectors are easy to terminate, requiring only a low-cost fibre cleave tool, wire strippers and a pair of pliers. Adapters are available to convert the TOS-link connector to 3.5mm optical mini-jack format.
