PAG rechargeable battery and lighting products are used on a wide range of portable equipment in the professional broadcast, film and video Industries. The Paglight is the original PAG ENG/EFP lighting unit. For an overview of PAG portable power and lighting products see PAG portable power and PAG portable location lighting, which includes the more recently developed PAG products for smaller digital camcorders and mini-DV camcorders.
Paglight is a halogen (or arc/HMI) camera light, providing cool-running and versatility under professional ENG/EFP, single operator conditions. Interchangeable plug-in lampholders fit into the back of the lamp body allowing different types and different powers (watts) of lamps to be exchanged without handling the lamp (which can cause damage).
Paglight "Power Bases" are low-profile, pre-wired, hot-shoe bases, which enable the Paglight to be easily and quickly mounted or removed from the camera. A basic Paglight thus consists of a lamp body, a lampholder, a lamp, and a Powerbase.
With its versatile, modular construction, each individual part of the PAGlight System is available separately, to satisfy the customer's developing operational and maintenance needs. We list the most commonly requested items, the whole PAG range is available to special order. See, in addition, PAG Paglight mountings, for mounting accessories.
Paglights are also available in kits. See: Paglight location lighting units, Paglight location lighting kits, and PAG Paglight Powerarc location lighting field kit.

Power Bases enable the Paglight to be easily and quickly mounted or removed from the camera and connect to the powers source for the light. The connector options are XLR-4 for Pagbelt and other professional camera equipment power outlets, PP90 for Paglok connector power ports, Snap-On for the Anton Bauer (and compatible) battery power outlet and SX for the Sony SX range of professional camcorders. The connectors are attached to the power bases by varying length leads.
PAG 9991, 9992 Power to Light Adaptor
This adaptor enables you to power a Paglight with a Paglok or Snap-On compatible battery, away from the camera. The battery itself even acts as a stable base for the unit, by attaching directly to the base of the Paglight. Two versions are offered to suit the battery connection type.
