ENCLOSURE SYSTEMS 262T SERIES RACK CABINETS - Flat packed
The 262T Series is a competitively priced range of floor-standing 19 inch steel framed racks, available in two widths and three depths, supplied flat packed on a pallet (also available fully assembled). Full assembly instructions are provided. Sides and doors to the front and rear may be removed for access. To special order, for applications where racks are to be bayed, racks can be supplied as 'frame only', with doors and side panels ordered separately as required.
The cabinets are supplied with two lockable panels with 'slam locks', toughened safety glass locking front door with swing lock and plain lockable rear door with quick-release hinges. They have a vented roof cover, front and rear mounting angles with printed 'U' position legend, earth-continuity kit and heavy-duty castors (max. load per set of four is 450kg).
All doors fit flush and are integral within the rack frame, both front and rear doors have quick release hinges to improve access to equipment, base plates are included in the cabinet, all or part can be removed for cable entry.
800 wide cabinets offers considerable space for bulk cabling, and include two front-mounted vertical cable management frames, with plastic rings and cover, these fit onto the reducing channels which bridge the gap between the width of the cabinet and the 19-inch mounting point.
The front and rear 19-inch mounting profiles are screen-printed with 'U' height measurements to aid installation and are fully adjustable through the depth of the cabinet, so can be adjusted to suit installation of rack slides and deep or shallow equipment.
The 262T series is available in three depths 600mm, 800mm or 1000mm which allows installation of vertical or horizontal Blade Servers. Cabinets are available finished in light grey (RAL7035) from stock at either Canford or Enclosure Systems. To special order, the 262T is also available in black.
Accessories
The racks will accept most standard 19-inch accessories and fittings, and a range of matching accessories are also available.
Cable Trays
Available in two widths, 100mm and 150mm, available for all cabinet heights. Priced and sold singly.
Roof Fan Trays
Fit in the top of the rack, taking up no rack-mounting space. Trays are fitted with two or four fans, and are supplied wired to a UK 13A plug.
Front Mount Fan Trays
Universal fitting to any 19-inch cabinet, front mount fan trays supplied with two, three or four fans, including UK 13A plug and lead.
Plinths
Used to space the cabinet off the floor by 100mm allowing easy access for cables into the base of the cabinet, ideal for use on solid floors if base cable entry is required, supplied as a set of four corners and four infill panels.
Baying Kits
Baying kit comprises four brackets, used to connect cabinets together.
Levelling Feet
Nylon feet on 70mm threaded steel studs, to screw in the base of cabinets. Thread: 10mm. Maximum loading per set of four: 300kg.
Fixed Ventilated Shelves
Fix inside the rack mount angles, available 350mm, 550mm and 730mm deep.
Modem Shelves
Mount on front mounting-angles of a rack. Available 2U high, 250mm and 400mm deep, and 4U high, 400mm deep.
Adjustable Fixed Shelves
Universal 19-inch fitting to front and rear mounting profiles, supplied in two parts, with side securing bolts via elongated holes, two sizes 315mm - 500mm shelf, or 525mm - 930mm shelf.
Sliding Shelves
Mount on the side of the front and rear mounting angles, available 350mm, 550mm and 710mm deep.
Chassis Guides
Fix inside the mounting-angles to support heavy equipment. Available in 400mm, 600mm, 700mm, 800mm and adjustable 590-830mm versions. Priced and sold in pairs.
