CUSTOM CONSOLES WORKSTATIONS - EditOne
The EditOne is designed as an affordable ergonomic solution for desktop editing and graphics workstations. Delivered as a set of 'flat-packed' components, it consists of a slightly curved work-surface supported by a pedestal containing rack-mounting facilities and an aluminium leg-assembly. Integrated cable management offers a tidy installation with easy cable routes to all parts of the desk.
EditOne Workstation - MD9101
The work-surface is constructed from Trespa's 'Athlon' 16mm thick board, see below, machined into a slightly curved shape with rounded corners. The overall dimensions are 2350mm x 1100mm. Two rotary cable grommets are set into the top, providing access for cables while reducing the ingress of the inevitable mix of paper clips, ballpoint pens, used staples and crumbs.
The upper surface is Athlon E0-02 Silver Grey or E0-00 White as standard, with self-coloured, machined edging. A range of alternative colours are also available: Please contact Sales for assistance. The underside of the desk, the sides of the pedestal and the modesty panel are finished in black melamine. The leg is silver anodised.
The pedestal, placed on the left of the operator, has extensive ventilation, with both front and rear rack-strips, giving 13U of rack-mounting space. Adjacent to the rack-mounting area, towards the operator, is a dedicated position for a computer tower case. The rear of this compartment and the racking area are covered by a removable panel. The pedestal is placed to face slightly towards the operator position. A 'U-shaped' cable channel runs under the work surface at the rear, fixed to the modesty panel which is supported by the pedestal and the leg. The leg has adjustable feet.

Technical Note: Trespa Athlon
The Athlon range of boards are high-pressure compact laminates (HPL) with melamine surfaces. Trespa treat wood-based fibres with thermosetting resins, under high pressure and at high temperatures, to produce a board that is dimensionally stable, resistant to impact, scratches, wear and moisture. They are impervious to mould or rot. The closed, pore-free surfaces of dense HPL practically eliminate dirt accumulation, reducing maintenance.
Desk Top Pod - MD9102
This has two 2U 19-inch rack-mounting apertures, fitted with rack strip, at the front, and is designed to sit on top of the desk. The front face is vertical, and the top is horizontal, so that equipment may be place on top. The rear is fixed; the bottom is open so that cables can be run into the pod through one of the cable-access grommets in the desk surface. The pod is finished in black melamine to match the pedestal.

Included accessories: All fasteners required to assemble the work station. Rack cage nuts and screws are not supplied, either for the pedestal or the Desk Pod.
