Steel, glass and steel mesh doors for use with 262 and 296 Series rack frames and cabinets, available in grey or black finish.
These are for use with 262BF Series and 262BR Series rack frames to make enclosed cabinets or bayed suites. They are also for use with 262T Series and 296S Series rack cabinets as alternatives to, or replacements for, the doors supplied as standard. The 12U and 18U sizes also fit 408 Series wall cabinets. Once fitted, the door edges are flush within the frame of the cabinet.
Steel doors
These plain doors can be used on the front or rear of the cabinet. They are supplied complete with quick-release hinges and have cylinder locks.
Glass doors
These also may be used on the front or rear of the cabinet. They are made of a steel 'picture frame', with a toughened-glass inset. They have quick-release hinges and swing locks. These have a door handle which sinks into the door when locked, nearly flush with the front.
Mesh doors
Both 'front' and 'rear' doors may be used either on the front or rear of the cabinet. They are made of two steel verticals at either side of painted steel mesh panels. The 'front' doors have a convex outward surface to aid airflow and are fitted with a swing lock. This has a door handle which sinks into the door when locked, nearly flush with the front.The 'rear doors' are flat and have a cylinder lock. Both have quick-release hinges.
Mesh 'Wardrobe' doors
These may be used on the front or rear of 800mm wide cabinets. They are supplied of a set of two half-width doors which hinge at both sides of the cabinet and open outwards from the middle, aiding access in confined spaces. Each half-width door is made up of two steel verticals at either side of a painted steel mesh panel. Both have quick-release hinges and swing locks which have a door handle which sinks into the door when locked, nearly flush with the front.
