TRANTEC RADIO MICROPHONE SYSTEMS - Racked and Ready

Based on Trantec’s UHF radiomic products, these compact multi-channel flight-cased packages are supplied ready for deployment and will appeal to schools, amateur dramatics, churches and performers. Packages with up to twelve radiomics are available, with any combination of handheld or belt-pack transmitters.

The custom flight cases are fitted with 19-inch rack-mounting hardware and have removable lids at front and rear. Inside are a number of rack-mounted receivers, appropriate antenna distribution systems and a single power supply which feeds all the equipment from a single power cable.

All internal equipment is wired; the packages use two external antennae with remote head amplifiers, connected on site with the two ten metre cables, and mounted on the two microphone stands supplied.

Please refer to the entries describing the individual systems for information about the hardware, frequency availability and technical specifications.

Radiomic transmitters and accessories, antennae, antenna cables and head amplifiers, antenna stands and power lead are supplied in separate cardboard packaging, and are NOT flight-cased.
Optional accessories: For those requiring a completely packaged system, not wishing to use existing flight cases for the items not racked in the flight case, 16-601 Canford microphone stand bag will accommodate the stands, cables, antennae and head amplifiers. See Canford Microphone Stand Bags for further details. For suitable protection for the transmitters, see the extensive selection of hard and soft cases in ‘Racks and Hardware’.

Ordering note:

Packages may be supplied with any combination of hand-held transmitters or body-pack transmitters to special order (contact Sales for details). Please refer to the entries describing the individual systems for information about the transmitters and microphones available for each system. If required, headworn microphones must be purchased separately from a system, as these are not available as a standard Racked and Ready system (see Trantec Miniature Microphones for details).
The number of permutations of the different radiomics precludes inclusion of every variant. The most simple are listed. For a combination not listed please contact Technical Support.
In the following description lines, ‘lapel system’ means it is supplied with a lapel / guitar belt-pack, with the standard accessories and standard lapel microphone. Alternatively ‘dyn handheld systems’ refers to systems supplied with a handheld transmitter with dynamic head and standard accessories.
