GP LITHIUM BATTERIES

GP primary Lithium Manganese Dioxide (LiMnO2) batteries offer many advantages over other conventional primary battery systems. Their unique features include high energy density, high voltage, excellent performance at extreme ambient temperatures, a safety pressure release vent, a crimped shell design to make them leakage proof and a low self discharge rate of less than 1% per year.

The spiral construction of the internal elements of the battery gives a low internal impedance and permits a high discharge current. Built-in safety features protect the battery from external short circuits. Off-load voltage both at shipping and after 12 months storage is in the range 9.3-10.2V.
