AUDIONICS ePS LAN ENABLED AC POWER SWITCH
The ePS is a stand-alone unit which has an embedded web server to control AC power on any device via LAN/WAN/Internet. Applications include equipment rebooting or for energy saving applications by switching off unused remote equipment.
Full remote-control of the ePS is via a username and password-protected, embedded web server. This enables the user to switch the power output on/off, or cycle (useful for rebooting remote equipment). The user can also request to be notified of fuse failure and cold boot events via email alerts. An LED gives visual indication of output and fuse status.
The ePS can continuously ping an IP address to check the health of the device being powered. If the IP address fails to respond after a user-defined period, the ePS power cycles it's output to reboot the device.
A simple socket protocol is incorporated to enable control by third party software e.g. Crestron, AMX, or user-developed applications. An RS232 port can be used for both configuration and control of the output.
Power output is IEC female connector on captive 0.5 metre cable, input IEC male. Output fused at 6.3A. Dimensions: 107 x 93 x 50mm (l x w x h).
