MUSICLINK INDUCTIVE EAR-HOOK

The MusicLink is a simple inductive hook, that fits behind the ear, for use by hearing-aid users. It can be used for talkback (IFB) should a presenter or guest with a hearing impairment require a studio audio feed.

It is discreet and will work with all types of hearing aids providing they are equipped with telecoils, usually referred to as T coils. Hearing aids equipped with telecoils have a switch marked T and the majority of hearing aids in the UK have this facility. Fitted with a 3-pole 3.5mm jack, it can be connected to standard headphone outputs.

Impedance: 200 ohms, 1kHz. Connection: 3-pole 3.5mm jack plug, wired to L+R. Field strength: 6mV at 5mm separation gives 100mA/m.
