ADJUSTABLE MIC ARMS

Standard

Traditional adjustable mic arm with external suspension springs which have been dampened to prevent noise when adjusted in live conditions. Mic arm can be locked using the knurled scew positioned at the folding point of the arm. Supplied with a 3/8" male threaded spigot. For tidiness, the mic cable (up to 5.5mm diameter, e.g. HST-M) can be threaded within the mic arm structure.

Heavy Duty

Modern adjustable mic arm with internal spring mechanism which eliminates the possibility of noise when adjusting in live conditions. Mic arm is locked using the locking knob positioned at the folding point of the arm. Supplied with a 3/8" male threaded spigot. For tidiness, the mic cable (up to 6.5mm diameter, e.g. HST) can be threaded within the mic arm structure.

Internally wired arms

Both arms are available internally wired, using HST-R-M heavy duty polyurethane jacketed cable. The microphone end is terminated to an XLR 3 pin female via a 400mm tail, and the table end terminated to an XLR 3 pin male via a 300mm tail. The cable can be slid within the arm to alter the tail length at each end.

Mountings

Five different mountings are available, which suit both arms, order separately as required:

Table bracketFor mounting on horizontal surfaces, fixes with three wood screws.

Wall bracketFor mounting on vertical surfaces, fixes with three wood screws.

G-clampClamps onto tables and work surfaces up to 70mm thickness.

Flush bracketFor flush mounting into work surfaces up to 45mm thickness.
Requires 19mm mounting hole, supplied with fixing nut. Plain aluminium finish. (Not illustrated).
Weighted baseCircular base, for free-standing applications, weight 5.5kg. Black.
Uplift bracket Gives 400mm uplift from a horizontal surface. Intended for applications where the arm has to be raised above VDU’s etc. Base diameter 63mm, with 3 countersunk screw fixings.
