RDL STICK-ON MOUNTING ACCESSORIES
Hardware to mount Radio Design Labs Stick-On modules to panels, in equipment racks and to DIN-rails. A wall-mounted enclosure is now available.
All ST modules measure 74 x 38 x 15mm, and are supplied with a self-adhesive foam pad which can be used to attach the module to a clean flat surface.
DTB Detachable Terminal Block
A terminal block with twelve pins which mate with the screw terminals in Stick-On modules. Connections may be made to the DTB, which can then be disconnected quickly, preserving the order of the wires. The block can be shortened to suit modules that have fewer connections.
ST-PBR4 Mounting Bracket for 4 STICK-ON modules
The ST-PBR4 is a mounting frame with slots for four STICK-ON modules. The ST-PBR4 mounts on top of an FP-PSB1A power supply bracket or to any flat surface. The ST-PBR4 design allows the installer to secure the modules without using any adhesive pads. Each module slides in and snaps into position, with the Bracket itself easily released for adjustment or removal.
SR-4 Mounting Enclosure
A steel box for mounting to a surface such as a wall, the SR-4 provides space for up to seven standard stick-on modules. Upper and lower faces have ventilation grilles. If power amplifier or other modules requiring convection cooling are fitted, then a maximum of four should be fitted, leaving an empty space between modules. There is ample space for neat wire harnessing. Four cable entry ports are provided, two on the bottom and one on each side. Each of these ports is designed either for cabling or mounting any AMS series connectors and switches. There are two on the lower surface of the case, and one on each side. The Canford Universal Connection Series of connectors and components may also be fitted. Hole plugs are included to cover unused wiring holes. Dimensions: 146 x 137 x 66 (w x h x d) mm. SR-TB10 Terminal Block Kit
The SR-TB10 terminal block kit includes a ten-position screw-terminal block, polycarbonate label strip numbered 1 through 10 and mounting screws. The block mounts on the lower surface of the SR-4, through existing apertures, to provide external screw-terminal connections.
SR-10 Mounting Frame
Up to ten modules may be mounted in this 'L'-shaped bracket, which may be fixed to a surface such as a panel, or within a rack. The vertical panel has angled tabs to which the modules are mounted, aligning them in such a way as to provide access for screwdriver to terminals and adjustments. Loops are provided in the lower 'shelf' for forming wiring looms.
SR-12A Mounting Frame
A U-shaped chassis which provides for mounting of up to twelve modules
onto a surface, or inside other equipment, with provision for cable harnessing. While this offers higher packing-density than the SR-10, modules must be withdrawn fron the rack in order to access terminals and adjustments.
STR-19A Rackmount Frame
A 2U rack-mounting chassis which provides for mounting of up to twelve modules with provision for cable harnessing. The chassis is hinged on one side so that the modules may be accessed simply by turning a latch. Modules are mounted vertically in the frame, perpendicular to the vertical surface, so must be withdrawn slightly from the frame for access to terminals and adjustments.
STR-19B Rackmount Frame
A 2U rack-mounting chassis which provides for angled mounting of up to ten modules with provision for cable harnessing. The modules are mounted on angled tabs to give easy access to module adjustment and terminals. The chassis is hinged on one side so that the modules may be accessed simply by turning a latch.
MSR-1 Snap Rail Adapter
Mounting kit containing a flat metal plate and two brackets to firmly attach a Stick-On. The plate fits standard RDL mounting rails.
MB-1 Mounting Kit
Kit contains two brackets which fasten over the edge of Stick-Ons, or to the rear of TX products, for universal surface mounting. May also be used with Rack-Up modules.
ST-RRB1 Rear Rack Rail Mounting Kit
The ST-RRB1 mounting kit contains a bracket to attach a Stick-On module to a rear rack rail or to any flat surface. The module slides into the holder and snaps into position. The module may easily be removed. A slotted tab at 90 degrees to the holder is intended to be screwed to apertures in the vertical rear rails of a rack cabinet.
MB-3 Mounting Kit
An accessory to attach RDL TX Series or Stick-On modules to the rear of the FP-RRA and FP-RRAH panels. The TX types screw to the plate through fixing apertures provided; the Stick-Ons, well, stick on (!) using the adhesive pad supplied. The plate then slides into the rear of the rack panels as if it were Flat-Pak module. Plate width: 38mm.
SMK-12 Mounting Plate
A flat steel plate which offers detachable mounting of Stick-Ons. Fifteen modules may be edge-mounted or six units may be mounted flat against the plate. Uses hook and loop type fixings.
DRA-35S DIN Rail Adapter
A two-part metal clap which grips a single Stick-On module, simultaneously clipping to a 35mm 'top hat' DIN rail.
DRA-35S6 DIN Rail Adapter
A 'U'-shaped metal frame which has six metal shelves which may be removed by hand. A Stick-On module is attached to each shelf using the adhesive tabs supplied with the module, the shelf is inserted into the frame and pressed to latch. The frame fixes to a 35mm 'top hat' DIN rail with a detachable metal clip. Fixing holes in the frame allow for mounting directly to a surface as an alternative to the DIN rail.
