SERATO PLUG IN PROCESSING SOFTWARE FOR PRO TOOLS - MAC AND PC
Plug-in processing software for the Digidesign Pro Tools and Apple Logic DAW operate on both the Windows and Mac OSX platforms.
AudioSuite and TDM plug-ins are offered for ‘off-line’ and ‘real-time’ processing, respectively. Based in New Zealand, Serato have gained a reputation for innovative processing combined with intuitive graphical interfaces.

Platform and Hardware Requirements
Mac OSX 10.3.9 or Windows XP. CD-ROM drive for plug-in installtion. iLok key required for authorization. Pitch ’n Time requires Digidesign Pro Tools 6, (or Logic Pro 7.2, Pitch ’n Time LE version only). Digidesign Pro Tools 7.2 is required to use Pitch ’n Time LE with the time trimmer tool.

Pitch ’n Time LE
Pitch ’n Time LE is a time-stretching and pitch-shifting AudioSuite software plug-in for the Pro Tools and Apple Logic DAW; (where it integrates with Logic’s ‘time machine’). It works with all versions of Pro Tools including Pro Tools HD, LE, and M-Powered. Pitch ’n Time LE offers time compression and expansion from 50% to 200% of the original tempo, independent of pitch, in Pro Tools. Using Logic Pro a ratio of 1/8 speed through to 8X speed is achievable. Pitch-shifting, independent of tempo, is up to twelve semitones in Pro Tools, or up to 36 semitones in Logic Pro. Stereo tracks can be processed without phasing and Dolby Matrix encoded tracks can be processed without losing surround information.
Pitch ’n Time Pro
This is as Pitch ’n Time LE, with additional features that allow complex tempo and pitch alterations which vary over time, as well as the simple fixed-ratio time-stretching and pitch-shifting functions. Note that Pitch ’n Time Pro offers a ratio of 1/8 speed through to 8X speed of tempo variation, independent of pitch, as well as pitch-shifting, independent of tempo, of up to 36 semitones. The tempo and pitch panels can be mixed and matched to suit the user’s application, with real time previewing. A multi-channel mode is also included, which allows the user to process up to 48 tracks together whilst maintaining their phase coherency. Note that Apple Logic is not supported in this version of the plug-in.
