SL820/SM820 FBX-SOLO
Smaller units intended to operate on individual channels or subgroups of a mixer via the channel or subgroup insert socket(s). The unit uses the same DSP technology as the larger rackmounted units, but with only eight filters. Ideal as a personal protection against feedback or, by mounting up to six units in a 1U rack tray, providing protection for high risk channels such as public microphones or quiet instruments, leaving music and experienced speakers unaffected. Not intended for use on mixer outputs. Front panel controls are level adjust, power, bypass, reset and lock switches with LED indication for level, status and number of active filters. SL-820 is a line level unit with unbalanced input and output on 6.35mm A-gauge jacks. SM-820 has a mic level balanced input on XLR female, with switchable phantom power, and unbalanced output on XLR male. Supplied with separate plug-in UK 3-pin or Euro 2-pin power supply.
