AMPHENOL HD BNC CONNECTORS - Male, cable - Crimp - 3G HD-SDI
These are bayonet-coupling, 75 ohm types, 51% smaller than standard BNC connectors, allowing four times the packing-density. They are found on the rear of equipment with multiple connections such as routers by manufacturers including Harris and Evertz. They exceed the SMPTE 292M and 424M specifications for HD-SDI and HD-SDI 3Gb/s (1.5 GHz); return loss is 30dB at 2GHz.
48-6626 (Amphenol 034-1025) are suitable for Canford Group Q types including Belden 1505A, 1505ANH.
Note: For Group X cables, see 48-5022 (single connectors) or 48-5032 (bulk packs)
Suitable crimp dies are as follows.
See Paladin crimp tools - Co-axial connectors
Ordering Note: This range is now discontinued, and replaced by the 'Micro BNC' connectors range from Coax Connectors. Note that whilst Amphenol call these 'HD BNC', they are interchangeable with the Coax Connectors 'Micro BNC' range (something to do with trademarks we are told!). Please don’t blame Canford for the confusion!
