Description

AES/EBU DIGITAL AUDIO SPLITTERS

These enable a balanced AES/EBU serial digital audio source to be split to three outputs.

They are constructed in the standard Canford extruded box, and are fitted with protective ABS bezels. Both input and output are 110 ohms balanced, to AES3-1992. Input connector is XLR 3-pin female, outputs are XLR 3-pin male. Dimensions: 107mm (l) x 93mm (w) x 50mm (h).

Application note:

For optimum performance the input must be fed with a source impedance of 110 ohms, and outputs should be terminated with 110 ohms. Unused outputs do not need to be terminated.
