VCS-LFH - VIDEO COAX CABLE Standard, Low fire hazard

Wiring specifications for many public buildings now call for LFH cables to be used in certain areas, notably in corridors etc. Under combustion circumstances LFH cables have a significantly reduced smoke emission and the gaseous products contain no toxic halogens. VCS-LFH is technically identical to standard VCS, except that insulation and jacket materials are replaced by LFH (low fire hazard) materials.
