OMNIMOUNT FLAT PANEL VISUAL DISPLAY MOUNTS
Omnimount offer a range of mounts for any type of flat panel visual display, from the smallest LCD panel through to the largest plasma panel. LCD panels, once confined to the role of small television or computer displays, are getting larger and more sophisticated. Plasma displays, due to market growth and production efficiencies, are becoming less expensive, and now include a wide range of sizes. Because of this product crossover, the best way to select the proper mount for any flat panel display installation is by matching the weight of the display (and its accessories) to the weight capacity of the mount. Omnimount produce three primary types of flat panel display mounts - fixed, tilt and cantilever. In addition there is a "flip down mount" for LCD panels. All mounts are supplied complete with the necessary mounting hardware, and feature a durable powder coat finish, available in grey and/or black as indicated in the price lines.
Fixed Mount
Easy to install, and features a low-profile, two-part sliding plate design that places the display very close to the wall for a clean look. Two security screws can be used to lock mount in place, to deter unauthorised removal. This design permits quick "hot swap" of displays for maintenance.
QM100 F is suitable for panels up to 18.1kg and QM200 F is for panels up to 36.3kg.
Tilt Mount
The tilt mount allows for the use of security hardware, and provides simplicity of installation combined with enough tilt capability to optimise viewing for any flat panel display.
QM100 T is suitable for panels up to 18.1kg, and allows tilt angles of +15° to -5° (or can be inverted to give +5° to -15°).
Cantilever Mounts
The Omnimount cantilever mounts are stunning pieces of engineering, and are the most flexible mounts for flat panel displays. The cantilever mounts offer maximum adjustability, including horizontal extension, 180° of lateral rotation, as well as full swivel and tilt capabilities. All feature a "nesting" arm design, which allows the display to sit as close as possible to the wall when not extended.
75/100 CL is for panels up to 13.5kg. FP-CL is for panels up to 36kg. UCL is for panels up to 56.7kg, and has a wall-mounting plate 470mm x 305mm with multiple mounting holes to permit a secure fixing to double studs if necessary. It also has a 20° horizontal levelling adjustment.
Flip Down Mount
The 75/100 FD "flip down mount" is designed to hang an LCD display underneath a cabinet or shelf. This provides for a clean countertop and allows the display to be flipped up and stored when not in use. Tilt and swivel is adjustable, accepts panels up to 18.1kg.
Display adapter plates
All Omnimount LCD mounts are "VESA 75/100 compliant" (this defines a "standard" for mounting screw fixing centres) with some mounts fittings larger sizes (see stock line descriptions for clarification).
