SIGNEX SMARTPATCH
Smartpatch can be used as an addition to or replacement for a conventional jackfield, to provide automated patching between 16 inputs and 16 outputs. Interconnections are made by a FET switching matrix, ensuring minimum signal degradation. Operation of the compact, 1U panel is straightforward, with selection made by two rows of 16 buttons, each with LED indicator and label strip above. As supplied, Smartpatch will only allow ‘one-to-one’ connections, but can be reprogrammed to allow a source to be connected to up to four destinations simultaneously. Patch information can be stored in 128 internal memories, which can be selected directly from the front panel or remotely via MIDI (In/Out/Thru). Audio connectors are 6.35mm ‘A’ gauge jack sockets, available in 2 pole and 3 pole versions, for use with unbalanced and balanced signals.
