Sennheiser are well established as one of the leading manufacturers of radio microphone systems, with wide acceptance in the broadcast and entertainment industry. Substantial stocks are held in the UK, together with crystals and eproms for not only the deregulated bands but also the popular licensed mobile frequencies as well as broadcast, theatre and fixed-site channels.

All Sennheiser radio microphones are fully type-approved to the relevant MPT specification (MPT 1311 or MPT 1345 for the de-regulated channels and MPT 1350 for the more powerful licensed channels).
Technical Note:
Transmitters and receivers in the 3000 and 5000 series below are compatible with each other but are not compatible with Sennheiser “Evolution” series radio microphones.
Ordering Note:
VHF systems are normally supplied on UK theatre frequencies and UHF versions on UK shared frequencies. Other frequency selections are crystalled/e-prom’d against specific orders, delivery is normally within two weeks from receipt of order, although more urgent requirements can usually be met. Please specify the frequency required when ordering (or range of frequencies - e.g. “UK Theatre” “UK shared UHF””any de-regulated”, “any ML”, etc.)
3000 Radiomicrophone Series
New 3000 series handheld UHF transmitter to partner the EM3031-U and EM3032-U receivers. The 32 switchable frequencies in a 32MHz (four TV channels) window make this an extremely flexible transmitter. Supplied complete with a vocal microphone head.
Plug-on UHF transmitter with balanced input, P48 powering and “HiDyn Plus” noise reduction, for use with 3000 and 5000 series receivers. Transmits low battery warning to suitable receivers.
EK3241-U
Miniature diversity UHF receiver that can be inserted into the slot-in socket of the new digital camcorders. Available accessories include adapters for Sony, Ikegami and Philips units, a case for use with non slot-in cameras and a battery adapter for the case version.

5000 Radiomicrophone Series
Although now discontinued, some spare remain available for this once popular beltpack transmitter.
High quality, multi-channel programmable, hand-held transmitter with “HiDyn Plus”. Supplied without microphone head. Choose between a choice of five heads: omni, cardioid, super-cardioid, wide-cardioid condenser heads or super-cardioid dynamic head. Interchangeable battery box for 2x AA size alkaline cells or NiCd re-chargeable. Note: Microphone heads and battery boxes must be ordered separately.
5000 Series Receivers
A modular system of receivers, housed in a 4U rack-mounting frame housing up to 8 receivers, capable of remote computer control. Please ask Technical Support for details and an individual quotation to meet your requirements.

Body-pack microphones and accessories are interchangeable between 3000 and 5000 series. 5000 series handheld microphone heads are not compatible with 3000 transmitters.
