INTELIX 8002MCB MIC/LINE MIXER
A high quality rack-mounting (1U) mixer with eight balanced mic/line input channels and MAIN and AUX outputs, all on XLR connectors, suitable for a variety of installation and location applications.
Each channel has mic/line input selection, individual main/aux selection, gain trim, 120Hz low-cut filter and rotary level control. There is also a line-level aux input, switchable to main or aux outputs, or both, so mixers may be expanded. Main output has rotary level control, eight-segment LED bar-graph meter and switch for VCA limiter with adjustable threshold and ratio, and 50dB pad for mic-level output. AUX output has gain preset, pre/post-level output selection, level control and headphone socket. When “pre” output is selected, the aux-level controls the headphones only. Global 15V switchable phantom power is provided and the unit is powered from an AC (adapter supplied) or a DC source.
Two versions are available, 8002MCB-XLR has line-pads and gain-trims on the rear panel, for uncluttered (and fiddle-free!) operation, while 8002MCB-FP has line-pads and gain-trims on the front panel, for engineering applications where rear access is limited, such as broadcast OB’s.
