Canford Audio was founded in 1976, and is unchallenged as the UK's largest pro-audio manufacturer and distributor, with an annual turnover of around £15M. The Canford catalogue is widely accredited as the most comprehensive and well known industry reference, with all featured products fully supported by an in-depth free technical support service. Many of the 12,000+ items in the range are original Canford designs, manufactured either by ourselves or to our specifications by specialist cable plants, plastic moulders or metal fabricators. Around £2.5M of stock is held, to offer same-day despatch of the majority of the catalogue range. A considerable number of more specialised products and accessories are also listed and these are available to special order. Full details of How to Order and delivery options are inside the back cover of this catalogue. The UK sales team can take orders for same-day despatch right up to 5.30pm, and the Tech Support staff provide in-depth technical support and applications advice. The multi-lingual export sales team at Washington has freight specialists to ensure we can ship anywhere in the world at the best possible prices, with all the right documentation. Canford also has sales offices in Dublin and Strasbourg to provide a local service to our Irish and French clients. These offices are all on-line to the main computer system at Washington, allowing real time access to stock, technical, accounts and other information. Canford can invoice in all European currencies and the US Dollar, with, in most cases, local banking arrangements, so that buying from Canford really is simple and economical.
