		Canford Help Keep Stadium Opening On Schedule The Ohene Djan Stadium in Accra, Ghana, was reopened on schedule on the 11th November after Canford was able to supply thousands of metres of cabling and substantial numbers of Triax connectors. The equipment was needed to complete the final commissioning stage of the project. MORE

		Telex Zeus Comms Used at Live Earth & Diana Concerts A Telex Zeus II matrix communications system supplied by Canford was used at both the recent Live Earth and Diana Memorial Concerts held at the new Wembley Stadium. 		BBC Radio Cleveland BBC Radio Cleveland have recently re-launched after having undergone a complete technical refurbishment including major building works. The work took place as a part of a major continuing program right across the UK local radio network, with contractors IPE taking care of the audio and video requirements and using Canford as a supplier in the process. 		New Deaf & Blind Audio Support in Rotherham Theatre After reaching a decision to replace their theatre’s ageing Induction Loop system, Rotherham Civic Theatre technical manager, Stephen Smith, determined they should find an alternative approach to their hearing impaired provision. After extensive research into a replacement, he came up with the idea of linking the deaf aid system with the blind Audio Commentary system, by purchasing a Sennheiser infra red system from Canford. 		Grand Opera House Gets Refit Northern Light, one of the UK’s leading providers of sound, light and stage technology, have come to Canford for all the cabling infrastructure requirements to enable them to complete the technical re-fit of Belfast’s Grand Opera House. 		IBC & PLASA Double Header As we march inexorably towards autumn, we find ourselves confronted once again by the twin shows of IBC and PLASA both over the same September weekend. Not phased by this in the slightest, we at Canford will be attending both PLASA, at Earl’s Court London and IBC at the RAI Centre Amsterdam, with fully equipped, fully staffed stands.
