A: No. Canford will absorb any such costs. There will be no import duty or additional taxes to pay.
Q: I’d like goods shipped to the EU. Do I need to complete any additional paperwork?
A: No. Canford will handle all necessary documentation requirements.
Q: How do I account for VAT when ordering from within the EU?
A: Canford will be clearing goods in France which means those goods will have free circulation in the EU. You will be required to provide your VAT number at the time of order.
Q: Will Canford’s freight rates into the EU change?
A: No. Canford will continue to utilize its buying power to ensure clients benefit from the most economical shipping rates available. More information can be found here.
Q: Does the size of my order to the EU matter?
A: No. Palletized and parcel shipments are handled in the same way.
