Rode M5 - Matched pair
Matching pair of cardioid condenser microphones featuring 1/2 inch, gold-plated capsules. Designed for instruments on stage or in the studio. Can be used individually or as a stereo array. The M5 matched pair of mics have no more than 1dB of sensitivity between the two, a frequency range of 20Hz to 20kHz, and a maximum SPL of 140dB. Can be powered by either +24V or +48V phantom power from an external source such as a mixing desk or interface. 3-pin XLR connector.

The NT55 is supplied with the same cardioid capsule as the NT5, is similar in performance, and is intended for similar applications. Two switches, however, provide 0dB/-10dB/-20dB attenuation and a variable high-pass filter switching from flat to 75Hz and 150Hz roll-off frequencies. In addition to the cardioid capsule, an NT45-O omnidirectional capsule is included. The NT55 is available singly or as a matched stereo pair. XLR-3 connector, 48V phantom powering.

This is a compact condenser microphone, with a remote pre-amplifier, specifically designed for difficult mounting applications. Although relevant to instrument applications, the NT6 is suited to many applications where an unobtrusive microphone is required. For example, the small form-factor makes it suitable for use in a mid-side (M/S) stereo array, in combination with a figure-8 microphone such as the Rode NT2-A, NT2000 or K2.
With a 1/2 inch cardioid condenser capsule, the NT6 head is 20mm in diameter, and 45mm long and weighs only 42gm. It is is connected to the body via the included 3 metre shielded, Kevlar-reinforced cable; an all-metal, multi-position mounting-ring provides 180 degrees of vertical rotation. The preamplifier has switches for an 80 Hz high-pass filter and a -10dB attenuator. XLR-3 connector, 48V, 24V phantom powering.

NTSM5 Elastic suspension mounts
NTSM3 has a 'cold' accessory-shoe fitting with integrated 3/8 inch thread. NTSM4 has a standard 5/8 inch thread and is supplied with a 3/8 inch adapter. NTSM5 has a dummy microphone fitting suitable for mounting in the microphone clamp holder found on many broadcast cameras including PD170 and FX1.
