BEYERDYNAMIC STEREO MICROPHONES

These condenser microphones are aimed at a range of uses, including ENG and studio work. Some models are particularly suited for use with cameras and portable recorders.

All types are 200 ohm output, with XLR connector, and are supplied without stand clamp or windshield unless otherwise stated. Brochures and data sheets are available on request. All of the Beyerdynamic dynamic range is available, if not currently listed, to special order.


MCE72

A compact stereo microphone for XY high-quality recordings. It is suitable for stereo recording in home studio applications, concert recordings with DAT or MD, film, video and interviewing. For musicians the MCE 72 is an excellent microphone for assessing performance in rehearsals, production and concerts. For stereo ambient sound recording, the microphone is suitable for direct connection to most camcorders, DAT and MD recorders. Two microphone capsules are mounted in an angle of +/- 60 degrees to the microphone axis to achieve a wide recording range and an accurate reproduction of the sound source. Rugged metal housing, battery powered (1.5 V) power indicator LED.

Included accessories: MKV8 clamp, zip pouch, 1.5V battery, 5-pin XLR to mini-jack cable.
Optional accessories: EA 86 elastic suspension, WS72 and WS101 foam windshields.


MCE530 Stereo pair

Useful for use in the studio, and on location, the MCE 530 is a cardioid condenser microphone suitable for both project studios and semi-professionals. The frequency response is optimised for pick-up of instruments and choirs. The small and short design permits flexible and unobtrusive positioning and the lightweight, but rugged, plastic casing is strengthened with carbon fibers. Phantom power is required, between 12 and 48V.

Included accessories: Two MKV 109 clamps, two WS53 foam windshields, plastic hard case, K&M 23550 stereo bar (Canford 53-235).
