ProGuard Custom Fleximonitors are very high quality, custom-fit earphones with a high isolation factor, well above 25dB, tailored precisely to the users own ears. The small, balanced-armature, driver system employed on this earphone gives a smooth and 'distortion free' response. 'Fine musical detail' coupled with high sound isolation 'makes for an excellent listening environment', with 'precise and uncoloured sound detail'.
The Fleximonitor custom earphone is made from non-allergenic, medical grade, soft silicon. The custom fit helps give the Fleximonitor a low physical profile, fitting comfortably into the ear canal, making it 'totally discreet and extremely comfortable'. Suitable for musicians, MP3 or iPod use, and for other high-noise situations.
The audio driver is inserted into the silicon within a plastic housing. Should the user break the cable or blow the drivers then the repair can be made by replacing the drivers and cable rather than a rebuild. A cerumen (ear wax) filter is also included.
The box contains the following items:
1: A prepaid voucher for ear impressions, a postage bag to return the impressions and instructions on how and where the impressions will be taken (for further details see ordering note below).
2: An instruction and explanation sheet that provides all the information concerning the impression process and the product that the user will finally receive.
3: Storage pouch, cleaning brush, earmould gel and user instructions.
When the return form is completed there is a choice of colours - white with white cable, clear with silver cable, black with black cable and beige with beige cable.
