The Anser series represents a 'new direction' for Littlite gooseneck task lights, taking advantage of the flexibility and energy efficiency of LED technology. The range consists of a series of desk lights and lampsets, available in either a flood light or spot light configuration (models with the suffix -SPOT singify the spot light option). They are suited as desk-top reading lights, industrial inspection lights, console/control room work lights or USB lights.
The Anser lampset is built on the standard, compact, chassis design for easy surface-mount installation or for use with any of the Littlite mounting accessories; models with the suffix AN-DL denote this option. The Anser desk light incorporates the gooseneck light with dimmer control and power connector within a cast, weighted base, resulting in a sleek and space-saving design; models with the suffix AN-TE denote this option. Both are available in three gooseneck lengths 305, 457, and 610mm (12, 18 and 24 inches) and topped with the compact Anser hood, designed to minimise operating temperature.
All Anser task lights have LED dimmer circuitry providing smooth dimming. Powered from 5 - 28 volts the Anser maintains high energy efficiency and a strong light output across all voltage ranges.
Light output: 400 Lux, at 305mm. Colour temperature: 3100K. CRI (Colour rendering): 92RA. Rated life: 60000 hours at 12V.
All Lampsets are available with either a euro-style, level V compliant, 12V power supply with Shuko connector (denoted with an E in the model number) or without power supply (denoted with an A in the model number). For UK operation a Littlite LPS2-4-UK Power supply, 51-838 is required. See Littlite Gooseneck Lamps - Power supplies, adapter leads for spare power supplies and power adapter leads. All power supplies are terminated via a 1.8m (6 foot) lead with 2.1mm DC coaxial plug.
Lamp sets with an Energy Star qualified, switch-mode, 12V power supply, with US connector, are also available to special order. Please contact UK sales on 0191 418 1122.
Alternatively the Anser can be powered from a USB port utilising the optional Anser-USB power cable.
