Hinged Rear Sections
These upgrade the standard ES401 and ES404 Series single-section wall cabinets by adding a rear section. This gives extra depth, but more importantly gives access to the rear of the equipment, without taking it out of the cabinet, while the cabinet remains fixed to the wall. The rear section which has two, hinged, parts, is fixed to the wall. The front section is attached, and can then be swung away for rear access when a lock is released. The rear sections also fit ES434 Series floor cabinets.
The rear section is 130mm deep overall. The split construction gives extra rigidity to the whole rack. The back part is 80mm deep, which fixes to the wall. This has cable access at the top and bottom via entry ports, which are supplied with cover plates. The front frame, which is 50mm deep, is hinged to the rear section, and has fixings to connect it to the cabinet. When the rear section is fitted, equipment mounted in the front may extend back a further 50mm, without colliding with the rear section as the front section swings open. Alternatively, 19-inch panels may be mounted in the rear section, with 75mm clearance behind. (In this case, the equipment in the front must be chosen to avoid collision with the rear panels). Finish: Light grey, RAL 7035, or black, RAL 9004, powder coat.
Steel Doors
Available in grey, these are plain, folded-steel doors for use as replacements for the steel-framed acrylic doors supplied as standard with ES401, ES404 and ES434 Series cabinets. They are supplied with quick-release hinges and a cylinder lock. Finish: Grey, RAL7035, powder coat.
Transparent Doors
Steel-framed, clear, tinted, acrylic-panel doors for use as replacements for the doors supplied as standard with ES401, ES404 and ES434 Series cabinets. These are supplied with quick-release hinges and a cylinder lock. Finish: Grey, RAL7035, powder coat.
Equipment Mounting Angles
These are extra, vertical, 19-inch, rack-mounting profiles to provide intermediate mounting points in addition to the single-angle front profiles supplied as standard with ES401, ES404 and ES434 Series cabinets. They attach to slots in the front-to back rails. Two types are available. The single angle types have a flat side to fix to the rails and a flat side, which is punched, three apertures per U, to take captive nuts. The double angle types have two sets of these punched apertures; one to mount 19-inch panels across the width of the rack, the other positioned to attach accessories such as chassis guides inside the rack. Finish: Light grey, RAL 7035, or black, RAL 9004, powder coat.
