527B Microphone

The 527B is wired for balanced-line operation and is recommended for use where long cable lengths are required, or areas where strong noise fields may exist. The 527B microphone can be fed directly into a standard low-impedance amplifier, or a Shure A95 Series Line Matching Transformer can be used for coupling the 527B to the input of a high-impedance amplifier. A two-conductor shielded cable can be used for extending only the microphone circuit. If both the microphone circuit and the remote circuit are to be extended, a four-conductor cable, having two shielded conductors for the microphone, should be used.

  • 527B Omnidirectional, low impedance

SHURE MICROPHONES - Fist microphones

Handheld microphones with press-to-talk switches, for use with paging, public address and communications systems.

596LB

A low impedance, omnidirectional, dynamic, microphone, this is 'designed especially for voice communications use'. It is an 'economical unit for applications in budget-restricted paging and other installations'. Vinyl coated coiled cable, no connector. Supplied mounting bracket fits hang-up button on back of microphone.

514B

The Shure 514B is a low impedance, omnidirectional, dynamic, handheld microphone designed for paging and public address systems. It provides 'clear, natural voice response and high intelligibility'. Neoprene-jacketed, coiled cable, no connector. Supplied mounting bracket fits hang-up button on back of microphone.

527B

An 'extremely reliable', low impedance, omnidirectional, dynamic microphone with an extended low- and high-frequency response, 'particularly suited to ham radio use, mobile FM transmission, and top-quality paging systems'. Neoprene-jacketed coiled cable, no connector, hang-up button and mounting bracket.

527C

This is similar to the 527B, an 'extremely reliable', low impedance, omnidirectional, dynamic microphone with an extended low- and high-frequency response, fitted with an internal pre-amplifier to reduce sensitivity to hum and RF interference. It is 'designed for use in a variety of mobile and fixed station applications, including police, transportation, amateur radio and similar applications'. Neoprene-jacketed coiled cable, no connector, hang-up button and mounting bracket.

577B

This is a low impedance, cardioid, dynamic, microphone using the pressure gradient between two entry points to provide noise cancelling. Designed for 'communications and paging applications that require highly intelligible, low noise output', it can be used in 'all types of mobile communications, from amateur radio to helicopter news and traffic reports'. It is also 'suitable for public address and paging systems in noisy areas such as factories, airport terminals, and restaurants'. Neoprene-jacketed coiled cable, no connector, hang-up button and mounting bracket.
