DENON MIXERS

This selection offers models with six or twelve input channels and a ten input channel model with remote control by a web interface or RS232 which has multiple zone outputs.

DN-306X - 6 channels

The Denon DN-306X is a 6-channel mixer housed in a 1U design intended for use in commercial audio installations such as retail, hotel, conference and education.

XLR/TRS combination input sockets. Dedicated 48V DC phantom power can be activated by switch for each individual channel. Independent signal LEDs for input channels. Master level control and 3-band equalisation (Low: plus-minus 15dB at 80Hz, Mid: plus-minus 12dB at 2.5kHz, High: plus-minus 15dB at 12kHz), along with four stage LED output meter help achieve the optimum output level by use of the two XLR line outputs. Front panel mounted on/off switch for accessibility.

Specifications: Maximum input level -20dBu, mic, +24dBu, line. Signal to noise ratio better than94dB. Operating temperature of 5 to 60 degrees Celsius, operating humidity: 25 to 85%. Power: IEC connector, AC 100 to 240V 50/60Hz. Consumption less than 5W. Dimensions (w x d x h): 483 x 195 x 44mm.

DN-312X - 12 channels

The Denon DN-312X has much of the same functionality as the DN-306X however it comes loaded with six balanced mic/line combination inputs and six mono (three stereo) line level inputs on RCA phono. Dedicated phantom power can be activated by switch for each individual mic channel and independent signal LEDs for on the front panel give the user indication of input signal.

An unbalanced 6.3mm mic monitor output, 0dBu (+2dBu), gives the user a mix of all microphone inputs, and a separate unbalanced 6.3mm mono line output can be used to feed external recording hardware. L/R RCA sockets can be utilised as record outputs while two balanced XLR sockets, +21dBu, are used for the main mix output. Mic priority can be given to channel one.

Master level control and 3-band equalisation (Low: plus-minus 15dB at 80Hz, Mid: plus-minus 12dB at 2.5kHz, High: plus-minus 15dB at 12kHz), along with four stage LED output meter help achieve the optimum output level. Front panel mounted on/off switch with LED for visual reference.

Included accessories: IEC power cable, user guide, safety and warranty manual.

Specifications: Frequency response: 20Hz to 22kHz. THD+N: less than 0.03% at 1kHz. Sensitivity: -40dBu mic; 0dBu, line; +10dBu, RCA. Maximum input: -19dBu, mic; +21dBu, line; +21dBu, RCA. Maximum input level -20dBu, mic; +24dBu, line; +21dBu, RCA. Impedance: 1.4kOhms, mic/line; better than 10kOhms, line; 120Ohms, all outputs. Power: AC or 24V DC. Dimensions (w x d x h): 483 x 195 x 44mm.

DN-508MX - 10 channels - 8 zones - RS-232C and IP control

Housed in a 1U rack mount unit, the Denon DN-508MX zone mixer can provide audio for restaurant, hotel, museum, nightclub and corporate office applications. An intuitive display makes setup, operation and setting changes more accessible. Remote controllability is available by using the optional RS-232C and IP, and a web based GUI can also be employed to control all functionality.

Six mic/line inputs are provided by use of Euroblock connectors, while four stereo channels and one auxiliary input are provided on RCA phono. There is a 3.5mm jack auxiliary input on the front panel for easy access. A maximum of eight zones can connected to Euroblock outputs.

Each input channel has an independent 3-band EQ, SHH 100Hz to 20kHz (+18dB); PEQ 100Hz to 20kHz (+18dB) Q 0.1 to 63.0; SHL 20 Hz to 20kHz (+18dB), and each zone or paired stereo zone has an independent 5-band EQ, High PEQ 100Hz to 20kHz (+18 dB), Q: 0.1 to 63.0; Mid-High PEQ 100Hz to 20kHz (+18 dB), Q: 0.1 to 63.0; Mid PEQ 100Hz to 20kHz (+18 dB), Q: 0.1 to 63.0; Mid-Low PEQ 100Hz to 20kHz (+18 dB), Q: 0.1 to 63.0; Low PEQ 20Hz to 20 kHz (+18 dB), Q: 0.1 to 63.0.

One green-amber-red LED per mic/line input and ST input, and one green-amber-red LED per zone output with peak indication of -1dB to 0dB give a visual reference of the signals present. The DN-508MX also offers the operator access to alter the priority settings, delay and output dynamics to achieve the most suitable output.

Included accessories: IEC power cable, Euroblock connectors, quick start guide, safety and warranty manual.

SPLIT MIX 6 - 6 channels - 8 output splitter

Split 6 can be used as a six channel mixer or eight output splitter to send a signal to separate amplifiers or zones. The six input channels have independent six stage LED in/out level indicators, -18 dB, -12 dB, -6 dB, 0dB, +12dB, and clip, located above the respective channel's level and balance/pan rotary controllers. The same format of LED indicators is present for both main input and output levels, which are controlled by separate rotary controls.

Channels one to four of the six input channels use RF filtered, servo-balanced XLR sockets, while channels five and six have balanced 6.3mm TRS jack sockets. The main left and right input connections are balanced female XLR sockets, and the main outputs are balanced male XLR sockets.

Each channel has a split/mix switch, which when using in splitter mode, the operator can route the main input signal to the corresponding channel output. When the mix function is activated the mono input from that channel is sent to the main output bus, which can be combined with the main input signal by selecting the main link mode via a switch.

In the box: IEC power cable, user guide, safety and warranty manual.
