RDL RACK-UP AUDIO CIRCUIT MODULES

A range of products from Radio Design Labs utilizing the time proven circuit designs used in the “Stick-On” products but in a slightly larger package. This allows for expanded features and convenient front panel mounting, up to three wide in a standard 19″ rack. All modules measure 43mm high, 150mm wide, and 51mm deep (unless stated otherwise). All rear panel connections are by barrier strip screw terminals, and total depth including connection strip is 64mm (unless stated otherwise). Each product may be used as a stand alone device or combined with other “Rack-Up” and “Stick-On” products as an integrated system. All “Rack-Up” products can operate from a single rail 24-33V DC supply with negative supply connected to ground. A variety of mounting hardware options are offered for total installation flexibility. A video distribution amplifier is also available, stock code 58-494.

Mounting Accessories

See RDL Rack-Up Mounting Accessories for a range of brackets to fix the modules in standard equipment racks, to table tops and below shelves as well as cases to convert the modules into free-standing equipment.

Powering

Powering: All units require a 24V DC power supply; each has both screw terminals and coaxial socket for power input. A ‘universal’ supply is available, 57-401, with 24V 2A output, which requires an IEC cordset. See RDL Power Supplies for further information and a variety of mounting options. Note that all RDL modules with co-axial power input/output sockets use connectors with 2.5mm pins.
