BLACKMAGIC DESIGN MINI CONVERTERS - SDI distribution
The Blackmagic Mini Converters automatically detect the input video format and instantly change between virtually all SD, HD and Ultra HD video standards, depending on model. The range offers features such as redundant SDI inputs, re-clocked loop outputs and full analogue and AES/EBU audio inputs and outputs to convert between formats as well as embed or de-embed audio all on the one converter. They are compact, and easy-to-use; settings can be changed quickly using built-in mini switches, and with a diagram showing pin-settings printed on the back, references to manuals are reduced. Mini Converters use standard broadcast video and audio connections, reducing the need for adapter cables. All models, unless otherwise stated, can be updated with a Windows or Mac computer by downloading software upgrades and connecting using the USB 2.0 port.
Connectors are BNC types for SDI. Power source: 12-31V DC, less than 10W.
Included accessories: 12V universal power supply with international socket adapters.
CONVMSDIDA - Mini Converter SDI Distribution
This can distribute a single SD or HD-SDI connection to up to eight different SDI outputs at the same time. A true 3G-SDI design theis device has fully re-clocked outputs and automatic switching between all SD and HD formats up to 1080p60. It supports 'all ASI, ancillary and embedded audio formats'.
This model can not be updated by the user. It has no USB port.
