MUXLAB VIDEO SPLITTERS - 3G/12G/HDMI

Muxlab 12G and HDMI splitters are used in video production, post production, broadcasting, and live event applications and split one 3G, 12G, or HDMI source signal and output to a number of displays. These 'plug and play' splitters can also be used in commercial and residential AV systems along with being suitable for digital signage (DOOH), retail displays, media centres and other applications.

12G Splitters

500727 1x4, 4K/60

This broadcast SDI splitter allows a single 12G/6G/3G/HD/SD-SDI source input to be distributed via up to four displays of the same specification, re-clocking and regenerating the signal at the output stage. 500727 supports 4K at 60Hz and offers LED diagnostics for easy visual evaluation. For maximum support MuxLab recommend using RG59 or better cable, (see:'RG59B/U RF/Video Cable').

The splitter has a metal case, with the front panel having three multi-coloured LEDs to signify power status, sync status and data rate. The rear of the unit houses two gold-plated 75ohm female BNC connectors - for outputs three and four; and the front of the unit houses three of the same connectors - one for input and two for output connectivity. A 2.1mm locking power supply input for the included 5V DC power supply is also positioned on the rear panel.

500718 1x6, 4K/60

500718 is a splitter that can cater for 3G/HD/SD-SDI signals. However it also supports 12G and 6G-SDI and resolutions up to 4K, 60Hz before distributing to a maximum of six outputs. The output signal is regenerated after the unit automatically re-clocks for distances up to 45m (12G-SDI), 90m (6G-SDI), 90m (3G-SDI), 150m (HD-SDI), and 300m (SD-SDI) between source and display. For maximum support MuxLab recommend using RG59 or better cable, (see:'RG59B/U RF/Video Cable').

This splitter has the functionality of 500727 and 500718 however it is capable of processing a single input and outputting to up to eight channels.

HDMI Splitters

500422 1x8, 4K, HDMI

This metal enclosed HDMI 1.4 splitter is HDCP 1.3 compliant and support 3D and up to 4K (3840 x 2160), 1080p at 60Hz, 12-bit deep colour and LPCM 7.1CH, Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio. The front panel has coloured LEDs to indicate power (green) and HDMI input/output link (blue) status; the rear panel houses all HDMI I/O connectivity and 5V DC input.

Included accessories: 5V DC power supply.

500425 1x2, 4K/60, HDMI/HDBT

This 1x2 HDMI 1.4/2.2 compliant splitter is housed in a metal enclosure and supports up to 4K, 60Hz (4:4:4), HDR and 12-bit deep colour. LPCM 7.1CH, Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Atmos, DTD-HD Master Audio and DTS:X audio formats are supported. The front panel has coloured LEDs to indicate power (blue) and HDMI input/output link (green) status. The rear panel houses all HDMI I/O connectivity, USB service connection, rotary switch to select the EDID (external display identification data) mode, and 5V DC input.

Included accessories: 5V DC power supply, mounting brackets.

500424 1x4, 4K/30, HDMI/HDBT

A 1x4 HDMI/HDBT splitter for use with single HDMI 1.4 and 3D source input and up to four HDBT outputs. A local monitoring output is provided by way of HDMI connection - this can also be used to cascade up to four additional splitters. Supports 4K, 30Hz (4:4:4) and is HDCP 1.4 compliant. Audio formats supported include PCM, Dolby TrueHD, and DTS-HD Master Audio. The front panel has status LEDs for power (red), HDMI (green) and HDBT (green), as well as a USB port for service and firmware updates. The rear of the unit houses all other I/O connectivity including 4x RJ45 for HDBT connection, 3x 3.5mm jack sockets for IR input, output, and cascade, 2x 3-pin terminal blocks for RS232, and 2x HDMI connections for HDMI in and loop/monitor out.

Included accessories: 24V DC power supply, mounting brackets.

500426 1x4, 4K/60, HDMI

This 1x4 HDMI splitter is designed to distribute a single HDMI 2.0 signal to up to four or eight HDMI displays. They support up to 4K, 60Hz (4:4:4), HDR, deep colour and HD audio formats including LPCM 7.1CH, Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Atmos, DTS-HD Master Audio and DTS:X. They are HDCP 1.4 and 2.2 compliant and have eight/sixteen stage rotary switches to select the appropriate EDID mode. The rear panels house all I/O connectivity (with the exception of a front mounted USB connection for service on 500426). All connectivity is by way of HDMI connection with the exception of the 5V DC power supply.

As 500426 but in 1x8 format.

DisplayPort Splitters

Designed for use in medical information systems, digital signage, classrooms, or commercial AV systems, this 1-into-2 DisplayPort splitter supports single stream transport (SST) to offer an identical duplication of content between two monitors. Supporting video resolutions up to 4K/60 and audio formats including PCM and 7.1channel, the splitter also supports 192kHz sampling rate and a data rate of 5.4Gbps per lane and a total of 21.6Gbps line rate.
