Fostex TR-series headphones have been designed for studio, location, and home use. The series consists of three housing designs with open, closed back and semi-open backs, offered in variations of 80 ohms or 250 ohms. All have 40mm dynamic drivers.
This range of headphones have locking and detachable, single-entry cables, to minimise cord tangles and maximise serviceability, with both 3m straight and coiled cables included as standard. Adjusting headbands ensure maximum comfort and fit during extended wearing periods. A set of standard-thickness and a set of extra-thick ear pads are included to give the user choice of configuration.
This is an open headphone designed to give the user more 'spacious imaging' along with an extended bass response.
