TTI PMR RADIO HANDSETS - Professional - Licence required
Operating in the 400 - 470MHz band, these tough and durable designs are suited to business and commercial activities. Intended for professional; applications, they require a licence for use in the UK.
Solidly built, with an IP 67 submersible rating, this model has a back-lit LCD display, PTT switch, headset connections, channel scan, VOX mode with five levels, compander, 'roger' and key beeps, quiet-talk mode and five levels of microphone gain.
A 2.5mm, single-pole jack provides an external microphone input. There is a 3.5mm, single-pole jack on the side of the unit, spaced to accept standard dual plugs, for feeding an external earpiece or speaker.

Programming - This product will not work until it is programmed.
A copy of the OFCOM licence (pdf format) should be attached to the purchase order, which must be emailed to email@example.com. The units will then be programmed before despatch at no charge. If a copy of the licence is not supplied WITH THE ORDER, the units will be supplied without programming, on the assumption that the customer has the requisite equipment and knowledge to programme them. Units returned to Canford for programming will incur a charge, the complementary service is ONLY available if the licence is submitted with the purchase order. Orders cannot be accepted by telephone.
