Designed for live performance work, the Titan passive series of speakers are two-way, full-range speakers manufactured from polypropylene and with angled sides for use as stage speaker, installed speaker, or stage monitor. A variety of mounting brackets are available, each with their own features for different installation types.
Available in black or white, the Titan 8, Titan 12, and Titan 15 have a ‘heavy-duty’ 8-inch, 12-inch, or 15-inch (respectively) low-frequency driver with a pressed steel grille and water-resistant cone for protected or high humidity environments. This is partnered with a titanium compression driver for high frequencies.
Connectors in the rear of the speakers are by way of two NL4 Speakon connections and two 6.35mm jack sockets, all wired in parallel. The cabinet has built in handles and M8 rigging points for safe flying of multiple units. There are threaded inserts on the base to match the Omnimount 60.0 range of brackets or it may be used on a speaker stand with 36mm diameter pole. Titan 12 passive speaker has a switch on the rear panel that provides either a flat response for small to medium venues or a boosted HF response for larger venues.
Optional accessories: Mounting bracket as below, connection cables, see Cables, Speakon to Speakon.
