CONNECTOR PLATES with connectors
A range of connector plates supplied with connectors ready fitted. The type codes indicate the type of plate and the type and number of connectors fitted. A choice of two different styles of plastic plate is offered, to facilitate a best match with electrical connection plates being used.
Type F - Metal, flat.
Flat 1.5mm thick steel or brass plates, with rounded corners. Plates are finished in satin nickel (SN suffix) and 1 and 2-gang sizes are also available in polished brass (PB suffix).
Type P - Plastic
Off white hard plastic, with contours and rounded-corner style to match MK ‘Logic Plus’ and many other electrical fittings. Designed for connectors to be fitted on the front surface (mounting holes are not countersunk). Suitable rounded corner surface boxes are 49-519 and 49-520.
Type PN – Plastic
Off white plastic, with gently convex front face and rounded corners. Designed for connectors to be fitted on the rear surface (mounting holes are countersunk). Suitable rounded corner surface boxes are 49-519 and 49-520. Type PN1 and PN2 are 1-gang, PN3 is 2-gang.

Thus the description “CONNECTOR PLATE UK F1PB-XF” is a metal, flat style, UK 1-gang, polished brass finished plate fitted with one 3-pin XLR female connector. “CONNECTOR PLATE UK F4SN-3XF” is a metal, flat style, UK 2-gang, satin nickel finished plate, fitted with three 3-pin XLR female connectors.
Connector plates are supplied with mounting screws to suit standard electrical boxes. Suitable surface and flush mounting boxes are also stocked – see “Connector Plates” for full details.
