CABLE DE-REELER

This robust unit is suitable for use with all cable drums and reels, from microphone cable to the largest multipair or camera cable. It is of cast aluminium construction, with two full width galvanised steel rollers with maintenance-free sealed bearings, whose position can be moved according to the size of drum to be supported, and which allow the drum to rotate freely. It accepts drums from 120mm to 1.2m diameter, and up to 520mm width. Maximum drum weight is 140kg. For larger or heavier wooden or metal drums, two units are used, one per flange – this combination accepts drums of any width, and up to 280kg. Weight 7.5kg. Lockable wheels are available as an option.
