LITTLITE GOOSENECK LAMPS
A range of gooseneck light fittings, operating from 12V AC or DC, with high intensity (quartz-halogen) bulbs or an LED version for shockproof, cool-running, near perfect colour balance, plus a variety of fixing options. These units will provide the ideal solution for localised illumination in theatres, studios, TV galleries, on mixers turntables etc. They have a slot in the lamp housing to accommodate colour filters. LED versions offer a red-LED operational mode for night-vision work. All halogen units are supplied inclusive of bulb. Lamps draw 300mA. LED version draws up to 100 mA. L, RL and P types have a 1 metre cable with 2.1mm coaxial in-line inlet connector. On XLR types, pin 1 zero volts is not isolated from the connector shell.
L3 series
High Intensity Quartz Halogen lamp on 300mm or 450mm gooseneck (denoted by /12 or /18 suffix) permanently mounted on base unit which includes dimmer (with “off” position) and 150mm cable.
L3/nn-LED
As L3 series but using LED illumination.
L5 series
As L3, but gooseneck exits from the end of the base (on L3 it exists from the top of the base).
RL series
High intensity quartz halogen lamps on 300mm gooseneck permanently mounted on 1U 19" recessed rack panel, including dimmer. Goosenecks lie flat along recessed panel for storage, so can be used on racks with doors and in flightcases with lids. RL10SA is single gooseneck, RL10DA is dual gooseneck type.
PH series
High Intensity quartz Halogen lamp on 300mm or 450mm gooseneck (denoted by 12 or 18 prefix), 3/8" threaded end. For use where permanently mounted units are required, fits panels up to 3.2mm thickness. (For greater panel thickness use accessory MP mounting plate).
P-LED
As PH series but using LED illumination.
GH series
As PH series, but BNC connector at base for where plug-in detachable units are required.
G-LED
As GH series but using LED illumination.
XH3 series
As PH series, but XLR 3 pin male connector at base for where plug-in detachable units are required. Wired pin 2+ V, pin 1 0V, pin 3 N/C. This series also includes a 150mm long version, 6XH3.
X-3-LED
As XH3 series but using LED illumination.
XH4 series
As PH series, but XLR 4 pin male connector at base for where plug-in detachable units are required. Wired pin 4+ V, pin 1 0V, pins 2+ 3 N/C.
X-4-LED
As XH4 series but using LED illumination.
RXH3 and RXH4 series
As XH3 and XH4 series, but right angle male XLR connector, for use with consoles where the socket is mounted on the back panel, and the gooseneck stem must come up and then over console. Available in both 3 and 4 pin XLR version, both 12 inch and 18 inch lengths.
RX-4-LED
As RXH4 series but using LED illumination.
DM Dimmer rheostat
Panel mounting, for varying the intensity of lamps. Used in applications with P, PH, XH, P-LED or G-LED series goosenecks where dimming is required. 2 goosenecks maximum per dimmer. Fits panels up to 3.2mm thickness, supplied complete with fixing nut and knob. NB: Has no “off” position. Rated to operate one high or two low intensity lamps only.
CL Clip mount
For attaching L3 or L4 units to a vertical panel or lip-e.g. music stands, console end-cheeks etc. Adjusts to clamp over material from 1.6 to 18mm thickness. Includes mounting bracket, spring plate and screws.
SM Snap mount
Used wherever a quick easy placement and removal of L3 and L4 units is needed. Consists of two self-adhesive backed pads, one for base of Littlite, the other for the mounting surface. The two pads interlock when pressed together to form a secure but easily detachable mounting.
RWB Weighted base
Used where a moveable unit is required. A heavy metal plate screws onto the bottom of the L3 and L4 series bases, making the lamp freestanding.
MB Magnetic base
Fixes permanently onto base of L series lamps, to allow magentic attachment to steel surfaces.
MP Mounting plate
44.0mm square metal plate with 9.5mm diameter hole in the centre. Used to mount P and PH series goosenecks or DM dimmers on thicker panels.
HTC High tension clamp
Fastens lamps to surfaces up to 37mm thick.
SC Storage clip
Used to scecure lamps in transit or storage. Includes two mounting screws.
CF Colour filters
Set of three colours - dark red, blue and clear - slide into lamp housing.
HIC High intensity conversion kit
High intensity lamp housing plus Q5 lamp, for conversion of low intensity units to high intensity, or for replacement purposes.
LPS2-4 Power supplies
12VDC 1.5A power supplies suitable for use with all Littlite lamps. The outlet connection is a 2.1mm coaxial type, which connects directly to L, RL and P type Littlites (splitter cables are available for installations where more than one Littlite is to be powered from a single power supply). The housings have fixing lugs for easy mounting and are available with several AC power connections. LPS2-4-UK has a 1.8 metre cable with UK 3 pin 13A plug, LPS2-4-EU has a re-wireable Shuko plug.
PTT7 Mains power supply
Plug-in type providing 12 volt AC supply 700mA from 240V AC. Powers up to 4 low intensity, 2 high intensity halogen Littlites. Available in two versions - 3 pin 13 amp plug-top for UK use, 2 pin plug-top for France/Germany. Not suitable for use with LED types.
CMT16 Chassis mount transformer
Provides 12 volt AC supply 1600mA from 240V AC. Powers up to 10 low intensity, 5 high intensity halogen Littlites. Not suitable for use with LED types.
Spare bulbs
Q5-quartz halogen high intensity; 1815-low intensity (for now discontinued P and G series).
Spare O-rings
Used to retain lamp cover onto lamp holder.
