BEYERDYNAMIC HEADWORN MICROPHONES
For use by musicians, dancers, entertainers, announcers, actors and in sport applications, these condenser microphones are worn over the ear. There are both directional and omni-directional models.
Opus 54
A neck-worn condenser microphone for keyboard players, drummers, dancers and entertainers, designed for hands-free applications that require a high quality and lightweight microphone. The cardioid polar pattern allows a high gain before feedback. The Opus 54 has a rugged yet adjustable neckband and flexible ear bows which hook over the ear and can be shaped for personal comfort with a secure fit. The microphone boom lies below the ear, so is suited for spectacle wearers. 8-12V power is required from a pre-amplifier or wireless body pack.
The Opus 54.09 has a cable with no connector fitted.
The Opus 54.18 has a cable with 4-pin mini-XLR connector for TS 100 Mk II, TS 300, TS 800 (M) and pre-amplifier CV 18.
Included accessories: Foam windshield, soft case.

Opus 55
A neck-worn, omni-directional, condenser microphone, for stage and sport applications. The Opus 55 is designed to suit all applications which call for high quality, lightweight and low profile microphone which leaves the hands free. Neckband construction allows the microphone to be mounted either on the left or on the right side, microphone length is variable for optimum positioning on different head sizes. Folding construction allows a minimised transport size. The microphone capsule is water resistant, also against sweat. Suitable for wireless applications such as theatre, musical, sports, presentation and education. It requires 1.5-10V power or should be used with a pre-amplifier or wireless body pack.

CV18 Pre-amplifier
A phantom power adaptor built in an extended XLR body fitted with a belt clip, with 4-pin mini-XLR input, standard 3-pin male XLR output. Powered by phantom power 8 to 48V.
