SKB CASES - Microphone and Equipment Stands
These two ranges of purpose-designed cases offer ‘suitcase-style’ and roto-moulded, rolling transportation for microphone stands, drum hardware and similar mounting hardware.
Rail-Pack Stand Cases
SKB Rail-Pack stand cases are designed specifically for the secure transport of microphone stands, drum hardware, and similar equipment that require a durable, practical, and appropriately sized transport system.
They have vacuum-formed, Polyethylene hard-shell construction, sturdy built-in wheels, cushioned rubber handles, oversized protective bumpers, and locking latches. Latches, handles and wheels may be replaced in the field. Some models are fitted with straps to retain the hardware in the base of the case.
All are certified ATA (Air Transport Association) rated Specification 300, Category 1.
The SKB-H3611 ‘trap case’ is particularly suited to drum hardware, as well as smaller microphone stands. (A ‘trap set’ is a drum kit).

Freedom Stand Cases
These are rotationally moulded, having a two-part design with a slide-in cap and built-in wheels. Unloading is assisted by a suitably located foot slot. Latches, handles and wheels may be replaced in the field. A padlock, not included, may be fitted.
SKB-R4913S has a semi-circular cross-section. Internal dimensions: 1232 x 292 (length x diameter)mm.
SKB-R5017W has a semi-square cross-section. Internal dimensions: 1270mm length; width varies from 292mm to 330mm.
