For matching low impedance balanced microphones to high impedance unbalanced inputs. Low impedance connection with XLR 3 pin female, high impedance with 2-pole jack, for use with equipment microphone inputs nom. 50k ohms.

JX

For matching high impedance unbalanced sources, such as electric instruments, into balanced low impedance mixer or stage box inputs. High impedance connection with 2-pole jack socket, low impedance with XLR 3 pin male.
