Description

PLUG-IN POWER SUPPLIES

A range of unregulated DC power supplies housed in an impact resistant 3 pin 13 amp plug type shell for UK use, or 2 pin plug type for use in France/Germany. They are available in two sizes, 3.6VA and 7.2VA, and with a variety of voltage outputs, including twin rail supplies.

Each single-rail unit is supplied with two output cables, either of which can be connected to the power supply via a polarity-reversible in-line connector. One cable has a 14mm long, 2.1mm co-axial connector (as stock code 44-211), the other a 3.5mm 2-pole jack plug (as stock code 43-242). 23-781 has a 2-metre cable with 2.1mm co-axial connector. Twin rail units have 2 metre 3 core cable supplied unterminated.

3.6VA types have 1000µF smoothing capacitors, 7.2VA types have 2200µF. Units have ‘one-shot’ thermal fuses in the primary winding. 23-781 provides 48V regulated up to 50mA.

Other voltages, higher VA ratings, or with alternative cables can be manufactured to special order subject to a minimum quantity of 10 units.
