CANFORD TAILGATE AND WALLBOX TERMINATION PANELS - ANGLED - Fibre

These angled, outside broadcast or wall-box termination panels are suitable for mounting Lemo or Fischer SMPTE 304M, Neutrik opticalCON, Fibreco or Stratos expanded beam fibre hybrid connectors. They are supplied unpopulated as standard, but with appropriate connector mounting screws, nuts and shakeproof washers. Connectors or cable assemblies can be supplied or fitted if required.
Manufactured from a unique 'Z' profile aluminium-extrusion, these 2U panels have integral bracing at the rear enabling the highest possible packing density, while maintaining superior rigidity and strength. Connector mounting is uninsulated, as is common practice.
Standard panels are offered with equally spaced cut-outs for: LEMO 3K.93C; Fischer 1053 SMPTE 304M; Neutrik opticalCON Duo or opticalCON Quad or Fibreco mini; Fibreco Senior or Senior 1080 (single hole or square flange) or Stratos (square flange) expanded-beam fibre or hybrid HDTV connectors. Blanking plates are available for covering unused cut-outs in LEMO 3K.93C and Fibreco / Stratos square flange types. Canford XLR blanking plates are suitable for opticalCON / Fibreco Junior types.
Lemo and Fischer panels are supplied without lacing-bars to save space; cranked lacing-bars may be ordered separately for self-assembly. Neutrik D-series and Fibreco / Stratos types have a single, cranked lacing-bar extending 65mm from the rear of the panel. A 100mm deep lacing-bar is also available as a retrofit option.
A snap-on cover designation-strip holder is fitted above the connector row. The supplied paper strips may be inserted before or after installation; Printable height: 7.5mm. AutoCAD templates for producing designation strips are available from the Tech Zone at www.canford.co.uk, and Technical Support.
Available finished in Dawn Grey (BS4800-10A03) or black. Spare designation-strip paper inserts, (not suitable for printers) and 432mm clear covers are available, see 'DESIGNATION STRIPS - SNAP-ON'
