CANFORD FM BROADCAST TUNER
Based on a Denon U-100 FM/AM radio tuner, this version has Canford modifications, approved by the manufacturer, providing professional-level balanced outputs, FM status monitoring and an IEC 60320 C14 mains inlet connector.
Two XLR 3-pin male connectors are provided, electronically balanced, fed by the same source as the standard RCA (phono) outputs.
The FM status monitoring function gives a normally-open, normally-closed and common contact for each monitored function. Traffic flag on/off, stereo beacon present/absent and carrier present/fail are monitored. These are provided on a D-sub 9-pin female connector.
