If you need to return any items to Canford for any reason, you must first contact the Customer Services department in order to obtain consent and shipping information. A returns number will be issued, which must be shown clearly on the outer packaging. Take great care to ensure that the products are packed adequately for their return journey and are insured, you will be responsible for any damage in transit. Address labels must not be put directly on product packaging, an outer wrapping or larger box must always be used. Credit will not be given if the items have been used. Items supplied correctly in accordance with your order will be subject to carriage and handling charges.
