Our Rapid Response Cable Cell is capable of extremely fast turnaround times, including same day despatch!
How Does it Work?
Once we receive your written order (specifying cable, connectors, and pin configurations) our team get straight to work.
- Our precision cable cutting machine cuts the cable to the required length.
- Your cable is placed on our conveyer belt to be passed to the first workstation.
- One of six matching assembly areas receive the cable, trim and terminate to your specification, and place it back onto the conveyer belt.
- The cable then makes its way to our QA / test bench. All cables are tested and assessed after being terminated.
- Final cables are then packaged appropriately before being sent through to the warehouse for despatch.
From our Kanban component storage system, through to our impulse heat sealing machine in the packaging area, the whole system utilises a lean approach in order to maximise efficiency whilst retaining the highest possible standards.
So What Can We Terminate?
Just about anything you can imagine!
- Non-Standard Cable and Patchcables: Any of our standard range of cables in custom lengths, colours, and connector configurations. Including: XLR, TRS, Starquad, BNC, Ethercon, Mini-Jack, you name it.
- Multicore: Various multicore cables can be terminated to stageboxes, connectors, or custom metal work.
- Triax: Termination to LEMO or Fischer connectors.
