CANFORD DIECAST PA LOUDSPEAKERS
A range of high quality loudspeakers, constructed in airtight rigid diecast aluminium housings, to give enhanced LF performance. Inputs are low impedance 8 ohms (BA series) or high impedance for 100 volt line working (BAP series). Both types have weatherproof polypropylene loudspeaker cones, so are suitable for outdoor usage. Model 100 is a two-way loudspeaker with a 100mm low frequency driver and a 25mm high frequency driver, capable of a maximum total input of 50 watts and a frequency response of 70Hz to 19kHz. The 400 models are three-way loudspeakers with a 100mm low frequency driver, 50mm mid frequency driver and a 12mm high frequency driver, capable of a maximum total input of 100 watts and a frequency response of 70Hz to 19kHz for the BA400 and a total input of 15 watts (with transformer power taps of 2.5, 5, 10 and 15 watts) via a frequency response of 100Hz to 19kHz for the BAP400.
Applications include background and foreground music systems where good audio quality is a requirement. Mic stand adapter enables units to mount on 3/8" or 5/8" thread microphone stands. Two simple wall fixings are available: a ‘U’ bracket permits flush wall fixing (as supplied with speaker), a ‘universal’ bracket permits wallmounting with tilt angle adjustment.
Units are also available, to special order, with connectors in place of the push-clamp receptacles fitted as standard. Three connectors are available:
