In this section of our site, we provide some information on the impending ROHS and WEEE legislation. The RoHS regulations are an implementation of Directive 2002/95/EC. Directive 2002/96/EC together with Directive 2003/108/EC on WEEE is expected to be implemented in UK law before the end of 2006. Clearly these directives have wide implications for suppliers as well as customers and we have tried, in true Canford style, to provide some readily digestible guidance.
