This range of lighting floor stands from K&M complements their long established microphone stands and loudspeaker stands. Options with folding tripod base or flat base are available, along with steel or aluminium as the main manufacturing component. Unless otherwise stated the tube diameter is 35mm and the stand is height adjustable by way of telescopic tubing.
24624 Lighting Stand – Flat steel base
Available in black or white finishes, K&M 24624 is a floor standing lighting stand with heavy flat steel base – making it ideal for application whereby floor space is too limited for larger tripod bases. The two-piece telescopic tube allows height adjustment from 1400mm to 2400mm, and can withstand a maximum payload of 30kg. The tube is attached to the base via an M20 thread.

24630 Lighting Stand - 35mm with integrated M10 thread
A steel manufactured lighting stand with height adjustment of 1955 to 2915mm. The tube designed legs have cross braces for stability whilst a locking screw and push button system allow for safe height adjustment and positioning. 24615 Lighting Stand - Tripod, crank handle
Manufactured from aluminium, 24615 lighting stand has a height adjustment range of 1755-3000mm with a crank-handle operation. As well as being tested to DIN 56950-3 standards (5 degree stability with load of 35kg), the user can combine the stand with 24618 levelling leg. When folded, the stand measures 1733 x 150 x 202mm with a weight of approximately 8kg.
24730 Lighting Stand - 1405-3000mm, dual-crank system
Designed for professional use, 24730 has an adjustable height range of 1405-3000mm with a low base height of 1405mm. The 3-piece tube system can be lifted or lowered using the dual-crank system, whilst an integrated 'Auto-Lock' prevents sudden lowering. Once positioned the crank handle can be removed to prevent unauthorised use. As well as being tested to DIN 56950-3 standards (5 degree stability with load of 40kg), the user can combine the stand with 24738 levelling leg. The tripod base has a diameter of 1550mm when deployed. When folded, the stand measures 1390 x 200 x 165mm with a weight of 12kg.
